Delivery Across Ukraine

Orders are shipped with Nova Poshta within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Delivery across Ukraine is complimentary.

International Delivery

Orders are shipped worldwide with Nova Poshta Global. Delivery time depends on the destination country. Shipping costs are covered by the recipient according to the delivery service rates.

Customs Duties

Customs duties are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid separately by the recipient, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 calendar days of purchase, in accordance with Ukrainian law, provided the packaging remains intact and the item retains its original condition. Items with signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• The item must be undamaged and show no signs of wear, either indoors or outdoors.

• All labels, tags, boxes, and packaging must be preserved in their original condition.

• Shoes and bags used in photo or video shoots are not eligible for return or exchange.

• A receipt or proof of purchase (online or offline) is required.

• Returns of items shipped outside Ukraine are possible only if the buyer covers all associated costs, including international shipping, taxes, and duties.

How to Return or Exchange:

• In person at our store: 5/2 Zankovetska Street

• Via courier or postal service (shipping costs are covered by the customer).

For exchanges, the new item will be shipped only after the original item has been received.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the item is received and inspected.

Important!

The customer is responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Failure to comply with these conditions will make returns and exchanges impossible.
