Delivery Across Ukraine

Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery across Ukraine is free of charge. You can receive your parcel at a branch, a parcel locker, or by courier to your address.

Once your order has shipped, we'll send the tracking number to your email or by SMS so you can track it in the app or on the Nova Poshta website.

International Delivery

We ship orders worldwide via Nova Poshta Global. Delivery time depends on the destination country. Shipping cost will be calculated for you at checkout. Customs duties and taxes are paid by the recipient in accordance with their country's regulations. We'll send the tracking number to your email or by SMS once your order has shipped.

Return & Exchange Conditions

We care about every order and every choice you make. If the style or size doesn't work out, you can exchange or return your pair within 14 days of receiving your order. Delivery across Ukraine is free for our customers, and so is shipping the new pair in case of an exchange.

To exchange or return an item, the pair must be in proper condition, unworn, with all labels, tags, and original packaging intact. Please pack the shoes carefully so they reach us in perfect condition.

How to Arrange an Exchange or Return

Email us at info@marsala.com.ua with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps and help you choose a different size or style. Once we receive the pair, we'll check its condition and, within 5 business days, either refund your payment to your bank account or ship a new pair.

International Orders

The same exchange and return conditions apply to international orders. Return shipping costs, as well as any applicable taxes and duties, are covered by the customer.
