MARSALA WARANTY POLICY
MARSALA guarantees free repair of footwear and bags in the event of significant defects caused by manufacturing faults. The warranty period is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers:
- Technological defects not related to the customer’s actions. In such cases, repairs are provided free of charge.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, including:
- Mechanical damage (abrasion, cuts, burns, punctures, etc.)
- Deformation due to improper wear, exposure to adverse weather conditions, drying at high temperatures, or contact with chemicals
- Pairs that have been previously repaired (except for heel replacement or preventive sole gluing)
- Use of footwear outside the intended season
Please note:
- Wetting of shoes is not grounds for warranty repair.
- Claims regarding quality are not accepted if the rules of use, transportation, or storage have been violated.
- Discoloration of insoles or lining is not considered a manufacturing defect.
- The warranty does not cover replaceable parts (insoles, laces, heel tips) or minor repairs.
- After the warranty period has expired, or if defects are found to be caused by improper use, repair requests will not be considered.
